100% Nebbiolo to enjoy all the nuances of the Roero territory in Northern Italy. From a single vineyard in the village of Santa Vittoria that looks at the Barolo zone across the Tanaro river on the other bank. A very pretty and sunny red.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red color with hints of garnet. The nose pings with rose, white stone, wild strawberries and mint, with a slight creaminess too. The palate is charming, generous with ‘gelato’ summer fruit and spice, finely woven with the silky tannins.
Food Pairing
It can accompany any meat. Gives its best with aged cheese, savory pasta and meat dishes. We recommend drinking it at 16-18 °C.
