Tasting Notes

This viognier is a bright clear yellow color, slightly golden hues. It has an elegant nose of golden apples and bananas but also floral with white jasmine and an underlying smoky note. Refreshing on the first palate, it develops citrus flavors of yellow lemon and orange peel. This delicate bitterness is balanced by a very round a fruity finish with medium length.

Salads with fruits and nuts, ratatouille, sweet potatoes purée, and fish gratin.
