Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep garnet color with important brownish hints.

Nose: Spiced ripple plum, cherry in Kirsch and crushed cassis are followed by touches of tree moss and smoke, delicate oakiness, soft spics and vanilla.

Palate: Amazingly smooth with soft tannins, this full body wine displays notes of redcurrant and dried blackberry combined to liquorice, tar and mocha. A surprisingly fresh peppery finish is closing and carrousel of aromas.
