A stunning single malt from Macallan’s Quest Collection, this scotch was matured in both ex-bourbon American oak casks and hand-picked sherry casks made of European oak and American oak, as well as hogshead casks. The nose highlights soft fruits and a citrus edge, and sweet, subtle vanilla. The palate brings out flavors of apples and ginger alongside nutmeg and warm cinnamon.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Gentle lemon notes arrive first, with milk chocolate and butterscotch leaping out afterwards.

Palate: Slightly spicier than the nose, with warming oak and cinnamon developing underneath caramel notes.

Finish: Touches of raisin and vanilla pod.
