A sweet and spicy Dailuaine, distilled in January 2009 and left to matured in a single sherry butt. After a decade passed, in December 2019 Douglas Laing bottled the Speysider for the Single Minded series, with an outturn of 383 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Heaps of sweet baking spices, with smooth chocolate truffle and blackberry tart.

Palate: Orange chocolate and creamy vanilla, with rich notes of roasted coffee.

Finish: Dark red fruits linger alongside melted milk chocolate.
