We can ship to cities in Jordan outside of Amman - Please contact us for shipping costs. Unfortuanatelly at this time we can not ship outside of Jordan.

All prices on our website include taxes and no additional taxes will be added to your order.

You can purchase our gift cards online or instore and you will receive an email with a digital gift card.

If you prefer a physical gift card, please email or call us and we will print a physical one for you.

Click here to purchase a digital gift card, then in the cart it will prompt you to sellect local delivery or pickup - please select local delivery or store pickup - if you select local delivery one of our drivers will come at the selected time to collect payment otherwise you can select store pickup and stop by our shop to pay for your gift card. Once the payment is collected a gift card will be electronically sent to the email listed in the delivery information provided by you.

They don't!

13C gift card can be used to purchase anything from our shop or online shop.

13C gift cards can not be used at 13C bar in the back. They are only available to use in our retail wine shop website or retail location.

13C Wine & Spirits is committed to providing you with the information needed to help you make a selection you will enjoy, but we cannot of course guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine or spirits you may select. 

In the event you would like to return a product -

We offer store credit or replacement within one week of purchase, with the original receipt or proof of payment for unopened, undamaged products in the original packaging. Please note that we won’t be able to proceed without the original product being returned.

Faulty wines must be returned within 7 days, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.

We do not offer refunds.
